On 3rd of September 2026 my daughters car went in for a route service. She purchased the car from here back in October 2025 from there quality used cars range, up until the servicing car was running brilliantly with no faults! After returning home with car we noticed a oil leak from car? Which located back to the dip stick which was overflowing with oil! After letting car cool we check level which was halfway up dip stick! Which we sorted with local mechanic as TrustFord was closed for day. Then the next day my daughter noticed heat in car very poor after a 30 min run? Which had been fine before service, warming up in minutes as she went down the road. Then 5th day battery very low unable to start car.. Which may of not be related to anything? But as this was the 3rd thing and heating not right, I called them multiple time speaking with many people in customer service/reception and promised a call back from the service team which has never happened, I've asked for service manager to call me but he or she never has and also email there customer service with a reply someone will be in touch which still hasn't happened! I truly believe that they just don't care about the car what damage has been caused from poor servicing. So nearly two weeks have passed and we don't know if the car is ok to drive or if it maybe causing further damage. Very poor service Ford!
Excellent customer service. Charlotte was really pleasant and helpful and kept me informed of all the options and the progress on the build and delivery of my Puma Gen-E. She’s fantastic ambassador for the brand! Also, I am loving the car! Great range, really comfortable and easy to drive.
I bought a car from Neil Anderson three years ago which I have just traded in for a new car. On both occasions, Neil was helpful and even contacted me for follow up. His excellent customer service has meant that I have repeatedly recommended him.
I would like to thank Neil Anderson for his excellent customer service, from first contact to sending a personalised video of the car and patiently answering all my questions on the vehicle service history. After a test drive all warranty options were explained. Payment using the Ford QR code was seamless, enabling us to collect the car within 2 days.
