Extremely happy with the help I received from Chris Kelly and Andy Kyle at Trustford Mallusk when purchasing my new Puma. Everything regarding the sale was explained in great detail and I was kept up to date from ordering my car to collection. Also received follow up telephone call to check how the car was going and if I needed any further help.nGreat customer service.
I dealt with David Kernohan in TrustFord Mallusk who was excellent from start to finish. I needed a particular vehicle in a certain timeframe and he was able to get it over the line at very short notice. I wanted a few extra bits and pieces put on and he took the vehicle himself to get it all sorted to a very high spec. Kept me in the loop of everything that was going on daily. And the vehicle itself is incredible.

Also for the video diagnosis of underside of the car which identified issues needing addressing, and for providing reassurance that there were no problems otherwise. I feel like my custom was valued and appreciated. Very friendly and approachable people, and easy to talk to.
