Bought a Ford S Max from this company a few months ago, Car is in Immaculate condition and after driving for 2 months we had a small issue regarding a sensor & the radio, To be fair the car is nearly 10 years old so it's to be expected, I contacted MH Motors and the small issue was resolved promptly.nnI'd highly recommend anyone to give them a shout regarding their next car, I'll be returning again once we're ready to renew.nnThanks Paddy
Well what can I say they are an outstanding dealer. I bought a car from another dealer before Xmas and I had to reject the vehicle as it was leaking in water and other issues so I took out finance with first response and got pre approved then saw a 2013 Skoda Rapid which suited me perfectly. Went up to look around it at short notice but it was buried in snow being the time of year. I then agreed to buy on the basis I come back next day and test drive it.nnWent back the next day and liked the car and drove away on the same day.nnThe car had full history but no record of a timing belt but they agreed to bring the car back and get the belt done then I pay for just the parts which was a very good deal.nn6 days later the injector failed coming off the motorway not a nice feeling after having the car for 6 days I emailed them as they were closed and the next day they phoned me before opening and gave me the chance to unwind the finance and change the car or replace the injector and I opted for the repair.nnI went up to them without the car that day they gave me a courtesy car then they collected my car from my house with no problems.nnFast forward a week and they fixed the injector and done my timing belt…….. well so I thought. Got the receipt for the belt and injector then looked in the glove box and found another receipt, they had done the injector, all 4 discs and pads oil and filter and a wishbone bush. It was a very nice surprise and now my car drives lovely.nnWhen I bought the car and got it home I knew it would have needed discs and pads being at 82k and it came up on an advisory on the previous MOT but I was going to get them done later in the year anyway and I know they are consumables but I cannot be any happier knowing that they replaced them for free and I don’t have to be out of pocket later in the yearnnThank you to Gerald for putting up with my endless emails asking for updates on the car and thanks to Patrick taking the time out to call me from the initial complaint after the breakdown and being so empathetic as you don’t get that a lot from small dealers anymore from my experience.nnThis dealer knows how to do aftercare properly and doesn’t take the money and leave you in the dark and I will definitely be using them for my next car in the future
I recently purchased a Nissan Juke from MH motors and the customer service from Amanda was fabulous. Definitely wouldn’t have happened without her and her fantastic customer service. I couldn’t recommend MH motors enough, they have been so helpful with everything.
Bought a used car about a month ago, these guys are friendly and helpful with showing me around the cars, and doing test drives, they sell all cars with a service and they wanted to refresh the MOT so it took a little longer than anticipated, but that's down to NI infrastructure not MH Motors. I went to pick the car up and had a concern about the service as the book hadn't been stamped, they were absolutely willing to stamp it there and then, and the master mechanic called me directly next business day to put me at ease and insisted he supply the worksheet for my records. Things happen mistakes get made, but it's how we go about correcting them which leaves a customer happy and MH Motors have left me confident and happy with the services supplied.
Just about a month ago I took a test drive in a great mitsubishi asx and was so impressed I decided to buy that evening. Great people to deal with and very very fair prices. Gerald knew the answers to all questions and was never pushy. Delighted to have stumbled upon this place. Take a look guys.
