Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but others were the stereotypical car sales people. I told them the monthly budget I was looking to spend on a car and the rate of finance I was approved for independently, but they kept trying to sell me their own finance options which were more than £60 a month higher than the quotes I have, then the sales rep tried to argue with me about PCP loans despite me saying at the start I wasnt interested.nnMost of the staff were fine, but I would personally avoid this branch
Great place. Saleswoman Lauren was a lovely and very friendly. Very helpful. Was good to trade my old car and picked new car right away. Paperwork was very easy to deal with. Love my Toyota C-HR.
I have never written a review for anything in my life but I just wanted to say the biggest of thanks to all the staff at Charles hurst used glengormley for the best service I have ever received but my biggest thanks goes to Claire and Chris. I have been going through a challenging time and they have helped me sort out a car that suited my needs and financially and they have went over and above. They have comforted me reassured me and put me at ease. Thank you doesn't cover it but what you have done for me will stay with me. Great showroom great people great variety of cars to suit all pockets and great after care
Left my car in for a recall today. When the work was done they had cleaned my car inside and out. I Iive in the countryside and my car was very dirty. I also have received a video via email on a complimentary inspection they carried out detailing tyre tread depth, brake pad wear etc . I was surprised and very impressed. Highly recommended
