Absolute joke. Back doors of a 14k car not opening properly. 8 months later still getting fixed. Sales team have no time for u once sold. Disgrace. Reason for doors at first was 1 lady owner n never bein used to then say its wear n tear. 9 times cars been left in.
A brilliant experience with the nicest and most helpful staff. Well looked after from the moment we arrived to look at cars to the delivery of the car a few days later. Johnny a real asset to the company. Would highly recommend

Purchased a vehicle here about 11 months ago, an absolute nightmare! The vehicle has been with them about 10weeks on and off with the same problem occurring each time, as diagnosed by the RAC. Customer service is shocking, they don’t even ring you to keep you up to date with progress. Hiring a van at £385 per week, they can’t even offer a courtesy vehicle. STAY WELL AWAY from Donnelly Group!!!
Friendly service when you buy, BUT their service is terrible, and I wouldn't trust them to properly fix or care for my car. General offers of compensation were given, but I would have still would have ended up giving them money to fix something they should have during the last visit. This is not a service I would trust again!
