Can't contact online, can't get through on phone. By far the worst GP surgery I've ever had to deal with, booking a simple appointment is a complete chore. 0/5
This is the perfect place to attend if you wish to not be acknowledged ! not be greeted with a warm smile ! or a good Morning ! Rude staff and today I experienced yet again a horrible time, having a blood test when in the middle of the procedure a member of staff entered the room !! No apology to me the nervous patient having my blood test , so rude and what happened to confidentiality for individuals while having a procedure.? I feel it’s a cattle market there with no care or thought to us.nThe nurse I saw was rude didn’t want to communicate , said it’s all done , I said thank you she sat down with her back to me on the computer and that was it no goodbye ! unbelievable? Or is it ? It’s the same everytime you go and I choose not to go unless I’m desperate because of the poor service . It’s high time they got back to the old ways of a curtious service.
An absolute sh1t show. Medicine is apparently not allowed to be repeat prescription, I have to go in every time I want a repeat script. For the same.meds I've been on for a number of years. Then trying to get an appointment with them is like reaching ghandi himself. The most appalling nhs gp surgery, I though frome was bad atleast they did repeat prescriptions.
Dr Rodgers time keeping leaves alot to be desired.....been three hours late for a phone appointment.... having actually forgotten about. It. Had to ring up three times to remind them of it. The receptionist did her best and got my appointment in the end. By which point I no longer even wanted to talk to her about my issue. So negative I'm new the surgery too. Great first impressions guys! Fills me with hope of how well the place is run.
Absolutely ridiculous the staff in reception are always rude and arogant. Never no appointments for no reason just needs to be closed down.
