The doctors I've seen and most nurses are really good. But while I've sat waiting I've seen the receptionists / telephonists being highly unprofessional to patients and then mock them after putting the phone down. When a nurse was taking my blood pressure she wasn't focused or interested in carrying out the assessment as she was busy IM chatting and didn't care that I could read her personal chat

My wife has had major bowel surgery twice. She has seen consultant after consultant who have used ct and mri scan and found nothing after 5 years of pain. Dr Locke prescribed Questran and after years of debilitating pain is now feeling normal once again. Well done Dr Locke. Stop criticising the NHS please

My wife rang the surgery asking for an appointment because she has a bad chest and lost her voice she was asked if she had a chest infection to witch she replied i dont know thats why i need an appointment to be told unless she is sure they cant make an appointment the women was dam right rude bareing in mind that my wife has had a heart problem completly unacceptable behaviour
