Great quality furniture. We ordered a two and 3 seater. Excellent service, no hard sell and very good advice. They even delivered on a Saturday for us. I will be ordering from them again.   very friendly efficient delivery service too. Thanks so much Trio furnishings.

Pleased with my new sofa. Excellent quality. Delivery men were friendly and professional. Even placed the suite where I wanted it. We always use Trio for our furniture. Never disappointed.

General not bad store. Shame the store should be open to 6:00pm on Saturday and I arrived at 5:30 to see the shop already closed.

I've bought several items from this store, and I would recommend them to anyone, Good quality items at affordable prices. Colin is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery team are very professional too, theyve taken my items to my rooms, which is handy as I suffer with bad back I've even taken my son there who has bought his own furniture there

Fantastic experience with Trio. Denise couldn't help us enough she was so funny Ms knowledgeable. She was fantastic on helping me and family decided on what would work and wouldn't work with colours and design. So excited to get our bed and wardrobes .

James was a lovely helpful guy and he directed me to Chris the carpet guy. Both was lovely.

It would be 0 rating if I could. Rating is on behalf of my parents.  “ I hope people know if you leave a deposit then do not expect any correspondence back about your order. I understand the pandemic and Brexit issues. But fobbing people off and the horrible attitude they have when you ask where my sofa is. It’s been 5 months and we are still waiting and they are refusing to give us our deposit back, I want to order from elsewhere but the owner is refusing to give me MY money back. I wouldn’t recommend Trios to anybody, we’ve purchased from them before with no problems but this has been the worst experience. If they had better customer service and were more understanding it wouldn’t be a problem but their attitude stinks. It’s not our problem is all they keep telling us when we eventually get through to someone.

Ordered a corner sofa…. Omg it is so comfy, it’s lush and the best one we have ever had. Service was amazing, have had lots of furniture from Trio and will continue in the future.

Firstly ordered a corner unit from them back in September was told wouldn't get it in time for Christmas but just after after numerous telephone calls and being told a delivery date that came and went, but no sofa,rang again to be told the date given was when they expected it to be delivered to them not us, was given another date which came and went still no furniture, tried to cancel but was told we wouldn't get our deposit back, as furniture had been made and delivery was imminent, after another two weeks finally got delivered, then our landlord wanted to replace our stairs and landing carpet asked us to use trio as had used them previously so got them to come and measure up and give us estimate, which the landlord agreed to, the lock down arrived so had to wait till they reopened in April to go and choose a carpet and arrange fitting only to be told they or Chris should I say informed us he couldn't find the measurements and estimate, when asked why he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know, asked him what happens now he said he didn't know and didn't seem to care, his attitude was that he didn't care and was up to us what we wanted to do.so we told him we would take our business elsewhere and he said go on then and again shrugged his shoulders, I went to office to speak to manager and he was just as bad and doesn't know seem to have a clue about customer service so what chance has a customer got with any of the staff, will never step foot in that shop again and warn anyone thinking of buying from them to think again and use another company. Oakengates carpets are fantastic friendly give them a try you won't be disappointed...
