We ordered slabs to extend the garden patio. After saying delivery was for early morning we made sure someone in, only for it to turn up at 4pm, after we'd popped out. They were left on our neighbours driveway. We then placed and order for 2 more slabs - on collection they were broken and we told we would have to call the following week and come and get them. Calling on the Tuesday we were told they won't have any in stock for another 2 weeks. After which point our patio would have been laid. We got told we could drive and get them form another branch which was over one hour away or could pay for a courier at a stupid price. Not great customer service at all and nothing was done to make our experience any easier. When our neighbours ask, we will not recommend.
