I just wanted to thank the young man who helped me in store yesterday (didn't catch his name). He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful & polite. I bought a new bed for my puppy & he advised me on which toys, treats & food were best. He even gave me some tips on puppy training. He went above & beyond and nothing was too much trouble. It was my first time in the store & I will be returning. The staff on the till were also very pleasant. Keep up the good work :)

in this day and age and this place has no online site,  now i have to visit to see if theyhave what i require, possible wasted journeys for people .
