As a single Mum I always use Powerpoint. They are a trustworthy and reliable local business. The lady in the Oakengates shop listens to your circumstances, factors in your budget and then sorts the rest out for you, even down to registering your warranty. I noticed water was leaking from under my LG washing machine. As I work 6 days a week, the engineer came out the day and time I asked for. He quickly establised it was the plumbing pipes that was responsible for the leak, which he resolved within half an hour. Sadly, not linked to my first call out, my LG WM did have to be replaced, as the circuit board was not worth replacing due to the age of my machine (nearly 10 years old). Again, PP discussed my options (even down to the finer details of how many people reside at the property, to determine whether I need a smaller household appliance as oppose to the more expensive models usually suitable for larger households). My new Siemens WM was delivered 2 days later and my old LG taken away. This was not without a hitch...... when PP tried to plumb in my new machine the cold water valve broke off. I was thinking by this point I would have to call a PP engineer back out as these guys were just delivering the machine and a quick plumb in, but no the PP lads replaced the valve as part of plumbing it in. What a service!! as we don't all have the DIY skills to do these jobs ourselves. PP, albeit very competitive on prices, cannot take out the expense of replacing a applicance, however they certainly take out the additional stress! Great Customer Service from my first phonecall to enjoying my new machine.

Great prices on appliances and spares very knowledgeable and friendly staff fast efficient service give them a try .

Great for electrical appliance spare parts eg oven heating elements. No waiting for internet delivery.

Absolute disgrace treated like a piece of dirt on his shoe. Arrogant and argumentative, will never go there again nor will any friends or family.
