Visited cafe for a quick lunch on Wednesday 5 July at about 1.15. Queued for service until 1.40 and then single staff member able to take orders and make drinks had to go to the toilet: more waiting. Nobody seemed to be in charge and orders were taking ages. Won't be going again and don't recommend that anybody else does. A complete 'don't care' attitude about the whole place.

Always a lovely cup of coffee from a friendly, smiling member of staff. The cakes are lovely too!  Garden centre?  Oh yes, there's that too!!

Buying experience of plants was fine. However visit to the restaurant was very unpleasant. There two ladies serving, one of whom was rude and unhelpful to my husband. We will not be going back in a hurry!

Excellent customer service the staff member Sandra was a gem and the manager very helpful we would certainly visit again.

I like to  visit this  Garden Centre 2-3 times a year they  alays have some bargens in the reduced area
