My wife arranged to take her car in for a can belt change and water pump also new brake pads we were also promised a courtesy car as it was going to take over 4 hours when we arrived at 9 am we were told there was no cars available so we had to drive back home and use my car to give her a lift back home. They phoned eventually at 5 pm after having the car for 8 hours saying that unfortunately the car has not been done today!! OMG we thought it was a joke there excuse was that the mechanic was a fireman who had been called out on a job no one knew what time he was going to be back I told him if we would have drove it to the fire station maybe it would have been fixed. I found Kevin very grumpy on several occasions when I have been in to this garage left my last car after having some work done smelling of pasty's and freeze everywhere had to return it to get it cleaned up. By all means take your car to tregonnings in wadebridge but how long you will have to wait for it to be repaired only Kevin knows! My advice stay well away they totally wasted our day and cost us a fortune in fuel back and too. This garage is definetely going from bad to worse. An update to this review is my wife phoned the manager and he was very apologetic he gave us a £20.00 refund for wasted fuel and time also a box of chocolates thank you manager for understanding this situation and sorting it out for us

Good service. Perhaps not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
