I stayed at Wilson’s Treborth Camping for two nights and had a lovely stay. The booking system was really easy to use, and everything was well organised from start to finish.nnOne thing that really impressed me was the shower and toilet facilities. They were maintained to such a high standard that I genuinely thought I’d have to pay to use the showers. I asked the site staff, and they told me they were completely free to use, which was a great surprise.nnThe whole site was clean, welcoming, and well looked after. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Very good location. Close to local supermarkets and petrol station. Close to many beautiful locations in Snowdonia area. Mountains walks, beach sites, woodlands, National Trust gardens.nSite is very spacious, toilets and showers are great. There is washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave, kettle and even access to charge phone there is utility room..nThere is Hot/cold drinks, snacks shop on site.nSite itself is surrounded by lots of trees and shrubs - it is beautiful location and well kept.nStaff members are very friendly and kind.n...if you are going to campsite in North Wales -don't waste your time looking for other places.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS….nIf you are camping do not bother… the electric hook up grounds are shocking. Customer service is terrible… when you ask for a more suitable space than a huge dip on the ground, quite literally you get placed between 2 caravans with awnings over hanging into your space … couldn’t fit a tent and no space for our car. No other suitable spaces for us to camp, does not cator for disabled children.. nor consider them. Leaves families out of pocket after travelling to the site and left with no where to stay.. absolutely disgusting treatment. £60 for nothing, not even a flat piece of ground… “camping” fields over sold by caravans and motor homes!nnSite itself looked nice, animals flowers etc and permanent caravans looked nice but service is absolutely vile. This is how they treat families especially those who drove nearly 4 hours with a disabled child leaving them with no options or anywhere to even stay!!!!!!!! This is just review 1 I will be asking every friend and family member to leave a review too.
Came here two yrs ago for a week in the caravan. Loved it that much we ended up changing our small Six birth van for a German fendt 700 caravan and becoming a resident on the park also. Lovely park, grass always kept well and very quiet even with a road a few hundred yards away. Owners have a sister company selling caravans and accessories just up the road in rhyl.nThey have just included a new small butty van selling butties burgers etc etc. Toilets are always clean plenty of toilet rolls and if none are in the cubicle just ring the number on the door and a lady brings some to you.nOverall I give it five 's.
Booked here for a family weekend away very excited read great reviews and thought we was on to a winner, arrived at campsite everything looking spot on until we got to our fieldnand thats when it all went down hill fast.nDidn’t look like we was on the same campsite we booked for Electric Pitch after driving past all the nice fields and pitches we was at the bottom field not very well maintain and over ran with camper vans not suitable for tentsnWith only 2 pitches left for us to choose from 1 being a ditch and the other being stuck in between vans you’d be able to touch the camper vans from the tent just isn’t what you’d expect,nnVery poor customer service from the owner Hence led to us having to go and book a hotel and miss our camping tripnNow £60 down and being threatened with police and security due to him only caring about his pocket,nShould have been handled so much better has led to bad reviewsnNever will I return or recommend.nnI would strongly recommend you rethink you campsite and if your going offer hookup for tents and vans you provide a good field that tents can use as wellnnEnjoy your easy £60 you’ve took and ruined a child’s camping trip have a beer on us you Obviously need it more
