Great hotel. Good location with ample parking nearby. Scattering of shops and lots of eateries in immediate area. Very basic facilities in room. No bin in bathroom and no hand soap in dispensers in bathroom only showergel. Beds very  Comfortable. Nice view out to the sea but lots of condensation on window frames and noisy at times as overlooked bin area. Friendly welcome at reception. Overall a good stay for the price paid.

Great location with restaurants and shops all around and in the walking distance. Nice good room with comfy big bed and a see view.Helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Great find right next to the beach, lovely friendly welcome from Diane.  Very dog friendly. Our only issue was being above bars and restaurant etc it was quite noisy. Salt corrosion on the windows meat they couldn't shut properly, whilst the rooms have been renovated well, these were missed.nAll told a good location and we hope to return.

Rooms are extremely basic, beware that the pricing is dependant on what's on in the area. Ended up paying nearly 4 times the usual rate due to a gig being on locally. Rooms were supposedly refurbished and far superior to before. A lick of paint and a new carpet? Is that what makes them superior?..tiny tv and coffee/ tea making facilities that were a tiny kettle and dark instant granules that tasted of nothing. Also beware it is extremely noisy, scraping metal noises of skips or bins into early hours and then starts again at 7 am. Only plus is its location, plenty of places to eat drink nearby.
