Everything was a great! The staff was very professional, but at the same time treated us like family. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed and shower were great.There is a sink, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle in the room. We are moving into Liverpool and were supposed to stay only for a night, but decided to stay longer until we find a nice place to rent. Would certainly recommend.Thanks for your service guys!

Comfortable affordable clean. My daughter stayed here, at 08.00 the next morning she accidentally locked herself out of her room. The manager refused to unlock her door until nearly 3 hours later as he said he wasn't working until 10.30 even though he was in the building in his office !!!!! My daughter sat on the stairs waiting for 3 hours, all her personal belongings were in the room. She was due in work at 10am that morning and nearly lost her job. Obviously manager has no people skills and is a disgrace to the hotel business.

Best stay I had! Lovely staff, excellent customer services. Being new to the area made my experience a whole more comfortable staying here last night, I would strongly recommend this place. Lovely family place..

Nice quiet place to stay, even had the bonus of a microwave and fridge in the room, would recommend Trivelles to friends and family 😊

Stayed here with my lady Oct 7th. Great room, comfortable bed and great shower. Only thing was a lack of shelf space
