Booked a family room hear for a weekend stay which was clean, but no one on reception when we arrived and although we kept pressing the bell we had to wait a good 5mins before anyone came. There is a burger king opposite, but nothing else. Car parking was good but it looked a bit run down, bin overflowing to the front. Staff were helpful in ordering us taxis into Penrith. Think ide prefer to pay that bit extra and stay in Penrith centre next time.

Very basic but clean. Not much in walking distance apart from burger king but a great and cost effective alternative in comparison to other stays in the area. Great location to explore the north lakes

Turned up late night but not a problem. Room was clean, tidy and a fair size. It's not very well sign posted from the main road. This is a good location to stop to break up a journey. There is a petrol station nearby which although the sign says services they charge normal bit the usual inflated services price.

Easily accessible off the motorway, a convenient overnight stop with restaurant next door and filling station nearby selling quality local produce.

A simple budget hotel in a convenient location for both the Lakes and the C2C. If you’ve stayed in a Travel Lodge before there will be no surprises for you here. There is an onsite eatery, a Little Chef, but other options are available five minutes away in Penrith. Being a mile or so off the C2C cross country cycle route makes it a popular over night stop for cyclists. As a response to this they have secure bike storage on site.
