I am quite a regular customer of the Penrith branch, and have always found their level of customer service second to none. The service I have received in recent weeks from David and Anna has been absolutely superb, in going out of their way to provide a quality customer experience. In general, the staff at Penrith are always extremely helpful and obliging. Top marks!

Very efficient from the collection from home by Dominique, very professional and polite, to the pickup of the vehicle. It was not quite ready, but the wait was minimal.

On the return it was super efficient and again a professional Dominique gave me a ride home.

Met at the station by a very polite and helpful young man who drove us to the office to complete paperwork and show us round the car. He also met us on our return and drove us back to the station - exceptional customer service and we shall certainly use you again.
