Super clean, and very well situated. Minimal amenities, but excellent value for your money. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer, they have very little in the room aside from the essentials. Other than that, literally no complaints. Such a deal.
The staff here are terrific: really chilled vibe.nnThe location is spot on too, a hop and skip to the riverside.nnThe rooms are small but that's London for you, prime real estate! They are clean and well kept.nnThe only slight fly in the ointment is that the nearby car parks are expensive. It would be amazing if the hotel had some sort of deal for guests so that they could get a parking discount.
Warm and friendly staff. Comfy, clean and modern room. Too modern ?! Windows locked = no fresh air ever, noisy air con + opaque = where am I ? No view Also, strictly impossible to read in bed a useless but blinding light !.
It's alright if you're not expecting anything fancy. The room was clean, but kinda smaller than what they show in the pics. They didn't have heating, just AC. Plus, you gotta pay extra £3 a day for internet. The key cards kept giving me grief, they'd break on me. The upside is it's in Richmond, a cool and quiet area full of cafes, and it's just an hour's tube ride to central London. Overall, not bad if you're just after a decent place to crash for the night.
Just spent 4 nights here. Friendly staff. Great central location. Room on the ground floor fairly small but spotlessly clean and had a comfortable bed. We were amazed how quiet it was and would definitely stay here again.
