Staff good, room clean and comfortable. No bedside tables which is very strange and inconvenient. Shower tray very slippery. Food in restaurant is decent pub standard although my broccoli and stilton soup turned into tomato but was ok. Ideal for early flight.

Friendly staff clean rooms good breakfast ideal location for those who want to see more than just the city but also can catch the tram just down the road.

Worth an overnight if you are off to the airport at Edinburgh.Plenty of parking too .Travel Lodge is a no frills accommodation,but this one had a cafe/ bar,/resteraunt and the food was actually good. Nice staff,clean rooms, no toiletries You can get fixed taxi fair to airport ..very reasonable. Will use wgsin

Tricky to get there but once arrived pleasantly surprised. Room clean and bed comfortable, ate simply and well very handy for airport
