20-minute walk from the airport, but there is a shuttle bus between airport and the hotel. You only need to pay £2.5 if you depart from the hotel.nThe hotel is clean, well-equipped. With a lot of electrical sockets. Got house keeping everyday. Although the hotel is close to the airport runway, but it is not noisy. You can watch a lot of planes taking off and landing in the morning! Love itnBreakfast is included. Although it is not a really fancy one, at least it can give you energy in the morning. But the coffee from the coffee machine tastes bad, change the brand of coffee used pleaseeeeenStaff is really friendly and helpful. Answering all kinds of questions and helping for luggage storage.nThe price is really good. Next time if i visit Edinburgh i might book a room here as well.

From the moment I arrived, Marta greeted me with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful with check-in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel’s amenities and local transport options. Charlene, who I interacted with during breakfast, was equally delightful. She made sure I had everything I needed and even offered some great local tips, which added a personal touch to my stay.nnBoth Marta and Charlene went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable and hassle-free stay. Their attention to detail and customer-centric approach made the experience at Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Airport truly memorable.nnIn summary, the hotel offers great value with its convenient location and comfortable amenities, but it’s the exceptional service from team members like Marta and Charlene that really elevate the experience. Great location if you get the bus, However if you walk its 15 minutes and i certainly wouldn't do it in inclement weather.nRooms are good, staff are fantastic but the food should be avoided. It isnt the staff who are fault just the nature of the business/hotel. We had burgers and they felt like aged dried nomads flip flops. At £36 for both including 2 soft drinks value for money isn't something i would attach to this. We had an early morning flight so missed breakfast but the sleep was good and peaceful.
Used this hotel as part of a park and go deal through Holiday Extras and it all went very smoothly. We left our car in the carpark and checked in we also paid for the parking using a touch screen in reception. The deal included breakfast the next morning and an “on demand”bus to the airport terminal. All went very smoothly. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and comfortable, which is all you really ask of an airport hotel. Breakfast was fine too- you can get continental from 0430 and cooked from 0800. Friendly, helpful reception staff too. Deserves 5 stars.
Kind and helpful staff. Everything to hand , shuttle buses all the time to the airport . Breakfast was good especially sausages Evening meal was great fish and chips Drinks at the bar served with a smile. Warm and comfortable night sleep . Plenty of T.V channels to choose from,Clean and spacious room . One stop holiday Inn .
