Had a number of visits here and have never been disappointed. The staff have been excellent and the rooms are always clean and in good condition. They are also spacious and quiet and I have never had trouble with noise. A good location if you're visiting the NEC with plenty of parking including spaces dedicated to the hotel virtually at the front door.

Room was clean and tidy and all set up for us. We had to park in the public car park across the road but the hotel validated the chip for us so we weren't charged. Breakfast the next morning was good. Plenty of choice for us all

For the price this is amazing.. £40 for a family room.. You can't beat that! Freindly staff. Clean carpark, reception and room. Menu looks good but. It's not fine dining, the food area is like a cafe.. Bar limited but with the staff it's all. Okay.. Will recommend.

Spacious rooms and interesting views of the neighbouring depot and car park from the highest floors. The hotel car park is very small but the large car park used for the offices at FD can be used. Truck depot noises 24/7 outside, best keep window closed.

Visited for a work trip. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Perfect for just a couple nights stay
