Is a nice friendly hotel, that only has one accessible room for disabled patrons. Reasonably priced and come with a "free" breakfast included in the price. It has a bar and is next door to a pub that does evening meals. I have enjoyed my three nights here and will be using it again. P. S. I used the disabled access room.

Here for work. Great place with helpful staff. Rooms are a little warm but beds are comfy. Bathrooms are lovely and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Would highly recommend

Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Good for the price and convenient location for our needs of visiting family in Sutton Coldfield. The rooms are missing some of the features we are used to in Holiday Inn Express in the States, such as fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board in the room (you have to request from reception here), safe, and air conditioning. Restaurant next door is convenient.

Incredibly friendly staff who are always happy to help, I checked I'm very late (9-10pm) so I think it's a 24-hour reception service which if get if so. In to of that the establishment is kept very clean is waste and inviting, the included breakfast is delicious as well. Then there room was nice too, on the bed you have the choice if soft or firm pillows depending on your personal preference, the ONLY downside is that there's no plugs next to the bed so when charging your phone you have to leave it across the room from you.

Excellent place to stay. Stayed on my induction with Carphone Warehouse. Only thing I would say is the tap water is disgusting. Would be great to have a water facility at least once on every floor.
