Been here before and was pleased overall.this time I paid extra for Internet and couldn't log on with second device, reception was unable to help and it was a waste of money. Was in room next to laundry room, noise of drying switching itself on and off all night was annoying. I suggest you check if this would disrupt your sleep. Did complain about room on check out but have had no response as yet.

Friendly staff, fairly clean. Place needs new carpets and a lick of paint though. Bathroom had black mould in the grout and corners of the ceiling. Bed was comfortable and clean

Very tired interior. Bathroom still had hairs in the sink from previous occupant. Room smelt very strongly of TCP. The Petersfield Premier Inn is 10x much better, but twice the price. Bed was clean and the room was quiet whilst I was staying.

The staff are polite and cheerful, even for working on Christmas day which is nice to see. Me and my girlfriend stopped in the seperate block for wheelchair access however the front door isn't automatic making it difficult to open, the buttons to open the door don't work. The step in front of the door is a bit of a push in the wheelchair, the room doors are fairly heavy also, could use a door stop to prop it open whilst pushing the wheelchair through. The water pressure isn't brilliant but it does the job. The towels are good quality along with the sheets and duvet. All in all a good stay, good quality only issue being the front door to the wheelchair accessible block needs a fix. However on our exit the night staff member told us we could check out at 3pm the following day considering we had an ambulance come round and we were still awake at 5am. The following afternoon I woke up at 1.30 thinking I still had 1 hour and a half to pack the car and get my severely disabled girlfriend into the car as quickly as possible to avoid her getting to cold and cramping up, it wasn't until I went out for a fag, that the staff member told me that we had to be out by 2, so I had to rush the process and almost cause my girlfriend to have a seizure. Not great customer service that morning/afternoon

As far as Travelodges go this is an old one. Middle of no where, not updated. Free parking, friendly staff, mini supermarkets and 24hr petrol station about a mile up the road. Odd building all on one level, might be a positive for some.
