I do hate this service. They said pay in £100 in your account and then in Prague you can use the card easily. I used it and it was fine for 2 or 3 transactions and after that I was asked for a bloody pin, which they didn't get me one in uk and ruined my travel.
Musbah in Leeds Bradford Airport is a star!! Travelling alone is scary enough but having issues with my card, almost ended up without cash going abroad. He was so personable and did all he could to help! Thank you
Absolutely fuming, we bought a travelex card at Leeds Bradford Airport - assuming it was at the exchange rate advertised but instead we were given a 0.91 exchange rate which the seller conveniently forgot to mention until it was too late!! Never again!! Poor service!
There was a mix up with my order but Barbara sorted it for me no problem and with a happy smily face

Really great service on the way out by the gentleman upstairs at Leeds Bradford Airport. Coming back was much more complicated however. Despite having the original receipt the transaction could not be found on the computer and most frustrating that money refunded had to be received in cash as opposed to placing back on my card. However would still recommend this service.

There is a Travelex located in arrivals and departures picture is of departures branch. Departures branch open by 0415 . Friendly service. Almost certain not to be the best exchange rate but when needs must…
