Bought a car online from a salesman called Mark. The process was much simpler than I imagined, Mark was fantastic, the car was incredible and at a fantastic price. The car was deliverd to Scotland exactly as agreed. You would need to be mad to look any further than Rawdon motors. Quality service, quality cars at an exceptional price. Very happy customer.
Purchased my Audi A4 from Rawdon Motors just last week. Paul has been incredibly helpful in getting the car sent to me long distance as well as helping me out with some after sales troubleshooting. Doing his absolute best to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase; which I am! The car arrived in fantastic condition for both the interior and exterior. I can tell that they care a lot about providing top notch service!
Purchased Jaguar XK8 from Mark and the team at Rawdon. Not only was the car immaculately presented, as described on the website, but also the after sales support has been second to none. As the car is somewhat of a niche make and model, so to find one in such good condition, with extensive history and at a more than competitive price was well worth the journey to and from the garage. Offering the added service of delivery, warranty, MoT and service, I cannot find anything negative to say. The whole experience is what buying a quality used car should be, and I highly recommend Rawdon Motors.
Excellent service! Just bought the nicest, very low mileage Peugeot Cabriolet and so pleased! Mark was so helpful, enthusiastic and accommodating. I didnt even view it, but exactly as described and so happy. Great service all round and excellent delivery from Leeds to Devon. Thank you so much, its a gem! Would absolutely recommend.
Wonderful company. Paul I’d a great guy, the dale process was on point. The car was delivered and it was better than my expectations. Hopefully I don’t need to get a car soon but I sure will patronize again.
Travelled down today from Scotland to pick up a car from Rawdon Motors - An absolutely seamless transaction from the first point of contact. Easy to deal with, had everything sorted within 48 hours and drove it back home. Definitely recommend!
I purchased my Mini Countryman last October. It was delivered to my door in pristine condition with all the paperwork and a friendly note. The car came with 12 month warranty but the warranty did not spark plugs which needed to be changed a couple weeks ago. I contacted Paul who sold me the car and he kindly reimbursed some of the cost. Rawdon Motors were not obligated to do this but it demonstrated how thoughtful, genuine and professional they are. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Bought an Citroen for my mother 2 weeks ago from mark bought it on line as I live in Birmingham told me car has a few marks on it car was delivered when ask. yes there was a few supermarket marks but nothing that bothered me honest about the car and what it was couldn’t ask for more thank you mark
I bought a BMW 1 Series from Rawdon motors. Paul handled the deal and was very good to talk with. Deal went through on the same day, super happy with the car.
Avoid this place!!!! Someone whom is very close to me as bought a car and within two weeks the engine has gone. Trying to get in contact much to her distress as she relies on this car to care for her ill dad who is near end of his life. A car is a very important aspect of most people's lives ensuring they can get yo work and carry out daily activities but to care for someone who is ill and be left without a car is disgusting. Where is the customer care and customer service you don't deserve customers!!!! And the fact you can take 1000s of pounds and not try resolve issues shows what a cow boy you are. Avoid this place at all costs !!!!!
