Completed in-house sale yesterday and wanted to mention the level of customer service we received from all of the team at Hunters Yeadon, it was first class. The communication and responsiveness of the staff was excellent, always on hand to advise and chase up at a moments notice. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Special mention to Claire in sales who went the extra mile.
Highly recommend Hunters at Yeadon. All staff are professional, efficient and friendly. In both instances we have listed our property with Hunters they have had offers on the table in just a matter of weeks. David and the team are not pushy like some agents and are very honest from start to finish.
We are really delighted with the professional service we have received from Hunters. We had listed our house with WH Brown but having spent almost 8 months on the market it didn’t sell. We had given up on the idea of selling but after one call with David from Hunters, him and his team booked one viewing and it sold within a week. We have been very impressed with their expert knowledge, their support, guidance and also care they have taken to help sell our house but support us in purchasing our new home. Selling my house has been quite overwhelming. After reaching out to four local estate agents, I ultimately selected David Metcalfe based on his impressive presentation for selling my property. I have been using Hunters of Yeadon for the last 9+ years to manage my little Victorian rental property in the area. I have been consistently pleased with their service. What stood out from the start with me when choosing an agent was the letting division at Hunters were way ahead of other agencies in terms of health and safety for the tenant. Having been trained in H&S myself, it resonated. Their standards were and are high and that's what I wanted and of course continue to want now. As an absent landlord, I feel reassured that my best interests and those of my tenant/s are always being met. Nothing is too much bother for them and I must give a personal commendation to Rebecca Lilley, who has looked after me and my property for years and I trust her totally. She offers the right level of professionalism, coupled with the warmth of someone who cares about her clients, which for me, is the perfect combination. No matter when I ring or email, Rebecca always responds quickly and if she's not there, one of the lovely office folk, will try to help. As an added bonus, Hunters have a central client portal that allows a landlord to upload important documents and access them, whenever required. Plus, they offer an insurance to cover rental income, should it be compromised. It gives peace of mind. All in all, a great service.
David and the team were great. From the initial valuation through to sale, the service has been tip top. We would highly recommend Hunters if you are wanting a 5 star service and that personal touch to go with. Thanks again guys.
