Drake Henderson has been second to none in the organisation of my big birthday celebrations with a group of friends who couldn't me more complicated in their individual wants and desires for the trip.

Throughout Drake had been patient, accommodating of last minute big changes and has always displayed a 'can do' attitude. To be honest, a better travel advisor I haven't experienced. Drake will be my personal 'go-to' for further travel agents as he took the pressure off and made me feel comfortable and confident in his expertise.

My mum's big birthday is coming up and of course I'll be headed to Drake to see what he can arrange for us again.

Thank you for such excellent service and for setting the bar.

Recently booked flights with Ms Katey who helped us get a good deal! So pleased that she was able to reserved the tickets for us too! Never met a kind and friendly travel agent before! What a legend!! Already recommended her and this company to our family and friends!! Definitely be using this travel centre over and over again! 5*

I was so amazed by the service of your Agent, Liam.  He was very patient and knew his job.  He was calm and ready to explain things to the best of my understanding. He made sure I was happy with her rendered. His customer service was excellent without doubt.  I will readily recommend him to friends and colleagues.  This is my second ticket in a year from Travel Centre.  I promise to fall on you the time I plan to travel.  Thanks and more grease to your elbows.

I have been very impressed by your travel agent, Arthur who helped us to book our holiday. He explained everything to us in detail and recommended hotels to stay at and places to visit. I will be happy to recommend him and this company to family and friends looking to book a holiday. Thanks!

Please guys don't even think about using this company. You will regret it. They don't care about their customers. I have had two serious instances with them. All they are interested in is your money. After then everything else is left to you.They don't even even deserve the one star I gave them.
