Stranded us and our infant daughter in Heathrow.  Their driver no showed despite us confirming with the company several times and trying to contact them by email upon landing. Waited 30 minutes before having to take the Tube in with a baby buggy and two large suitcases which, like this company, is not recommended. 

Later they refused to offer a refund forcing us to have to go through our bank saying that even though their driver was not there, we should have phoned (running up who knows how much in international charges) and waited around. Avoid at all costs.
