I left my bag pack with my laptop and some clothes on Brent Cross underground please anyone can help me let me know please. Thank you God bless
So much respect for the Good citizen who handed in the bag to lost perperty office and the sorting office for matching it with my inquiry. We collected our bag with My daughter's laptop/trainers and GCSC books all in it. Thank you for your good deed, I pray you have much good merit come your way.
Hello everyone, I lost today in the route Pinner-Chiswick Park my AirPods12 pro, white case. I just bought them, two weeks ago. The case is less useful with no AirPods and the opposite. If someone found it and try to connect it, there will appear my phone number so I’ll be very gratefully if you give me a call and return it to me. Hopefully, there out are such kind people.
The worst thing to happen to my item wasn't losing it, but rather, having it fall into the hands of this office. I lost my item in the Tube, but thankfully, it had an AirTag and while I was in the process of tracking it down, it was turned into this office. I could see that the item was sitting in their office, but their staff made it impossible to retrieve. They didn't answer their phones or emails, so I showed up and their office and even then, they refused to see me even though I had proof it was in their possession. It's been 10 WEEKS and they "haven't had time" to process my request. Anyone that loses something of value will have to have it replaced by the time this office gets back to them. Might as well disband the whole thing because it seems to be doing more harm then good. My item would've been better off riding the Tube until I found it haha
Lost passport. My son lost his passport at 8pm on the Tube. Realised it about 1 hour later. Filled up the online form that night. Went to this Lost Office at 9am the next day. It was opened only at 10am. The staff member told me it was impossible to find my passport in time for my flight later that evening.
3months and a bit Update I finally received an email telling me they'd found my item. Couldn't believe it, felt like I'd won the lottery! Once at the LP Office I noticed there were definitely more names on the list. They still have a backlog but must be getting used to the new system database. One piece of advice, if you are worried your initial email was forgotten, only email from a different email account. A gentleman who worked there pointed out that the software won't accept duplicate email entries they stopped this when people kept re-emailing. Hang in there! And Good luck 10wk Approx Update Today spoke with Tottenham Court Road tube workers. They suggested calling complaints dept. who said due to the new migration of software, which she added was "rubbish", there is a huge backlog of forms submitted online . Could take up to 6 MONTHS! I told her in order to manage people's expectations they MUST review the wording of the email notification saying TFL will contact you in 7 days as thats giving people false hope!!!! She reassured me I WILL be contacted about my item and it won't be destroyed in 3 months as stated on TFL website. I highlighted that some sentimental items are priceless given the fact that items such as "mobiles" tend to take priority in being reunited with owners . I promise to update you. Fingers crossed I get my item back by Christmas 8wks Update and still no response!!! 4 more weeks and my item is destroyed. I am in this deadlock position because THEY picked it up from the tube station a day later when I arranged with a tube member to contact me as promised but didn't! It was an accident losing this item in the first place!!! They should change the wording on their website saying up to ' 7 days ' to be contacted by them! I want my stuff back please !!!!! Looks like they have now lost my item or stolen it!!!! At this rate I feel like contacting the police with the reference number I got from station staff who confirmed lost property issued for me! Two more weeks and I am definitely lodging a claim and not before going for a 2nd time to Pelham Street. 6wks and counting and I am STILL waiting for an email telling me about my lost property they picked up only a day later!! Even though I arranged to pick up my item, the staff member never called me!! I want my stuff back please!!! They left a reference number which I included on the online form, thinking it would SPEED THINGS UP and NOTHING!!!
Lost items were sent here despite organising to pick up at the station they were left at. Filled in the online form but got no response, visited 1 month later and told to fill in the form again, 2 weeks on and still haven't heard back
I lost my silver coach wallet in Elizabeth tube line on last Tuesday,1st December, with 3 china credit cards and 2 debit cards of Uk HSBC&LIOYD and my driver license ,my name is MAI***UI,did anyone find it?
What the hell is going on with this terrible Tfl department. They have my item but won't respond back to me. 6 weeks have now passed. I have an email and ref number proving that they have it. Also don't bother going down there as you will be rudely told to go away and fill yet another online form. Shameful Tfl!
I will update this post as it goes along, it has been 11 days since my item was handed into the bus depot, I will keep you updated
