I absolutely loved my time at Tranquil Day Spa.  Leah looked after me and to say she was amazing would be an understatement.  Leah  was so so good and I felt amazing when she had finished with me.  She was polite and extremely professional. Can't wait to go for my next treatment with Leah.  I went with my wife and son who also had a full massage and in fairness the enjoyed it equally.  Definatly recomend Tranquil Day Spa in the Merry Hill centre.

I’ve used Tranquil sporadicly over the years and I’ve always had a lovely experience. Tonight, however, I had the best back massage i’ve ever had by a mile by a lovely lady called Lauren! It was so relaxing! Thanks again!

2nd March 2022  After my earlier review regarding a visit to the Spa to have my nails done, I am now updating my review.  A new appointment was made for me to revisit the Spa and to have my nails redone,  I was feeling a little apprehensive about the visit. There was no need,  I was met by the Manager, Becky who I  found to be professional, caring, a good listener and totally understood how I felt.  Becky made my experience at the Merry Hill Spa a pleasant and relaxing one, resulting in my nails looking wonderful.  Thank you Becky for all your help and support and I will definitely be returning to the Spa in the near future.  I had an appointment booked to have my nails soaked and then a new colour redone, for a party that myself and family were going to tonight.  I have been to this venue several times and have had mixed experiences but have persevered as there are two members of staff who when you can get them do a good job.  Unfortunately they were not available today so went with another person.  Sadly, my nails are a mess and not fit for purpose and I am really disappointed with them.  I complained to the girl who had done my nails who agreed that the nails were not right and would need to contact the management for a resolution,  there were no management on site so she had to call them for advice  and the best they could do was to redo them for me but that I would have to wait another half an hour before they could fit me in.  Due to other commitments this was simply not practical.  The whole affair has been very stressful and I am now left with nails that look as if my 5 year old  granddaughter has done them.  On a more positive note I did meet Zena who is a totally amazing woman and who I am looking for to seeing her soon.

Had a bespoke facial with Rebekah which included shoulder and hand massage. Felt amazing, skin feels wonderful. Looking forward to my next one !

Wrong information given. Told gift voucher valid for 12 months during a call. Then told otherwise when I visited. Ignored my complaint via email completely. No response, no apology.

Thank you ladies for giving me, mummy and sis a wonderful experience. You were all fab, professional and accommodating. All question regarding the products and treatments that you offer were nicely answered. Will be defo booking again. All 3 of us. X

Very pleasant spa at Merry Hill Centre.  Clean and well kept.  Lovely and attentive staff. Competitive prices too I thought.

Before I explain the 3 star , the massage, facial and therapist were amazing. I really enjoyed them but was let down by a couple of other things -  I was treated to a pregnancy package. Which details on the price list as having back massage, facial, scalp massage and leg and foot exfoliation. I assume this has changed, as I received no foot or leg treatment and was disappointed as these are definitely the area causing me most issues in my pregnancy.  The back massage was perfect, the facial was divine, and the scalp massage was lovely. I would have given a 4* at this point, only let down by the lack of leg/foot work.  Then the upsell sales pitch started.... uuuug. NOT what you want to listen to after a lovely relaxing massage. Products listed that my skin need..... another star knocked off for ruining the ambiance of the package.

Had St Tropez dark spray tan, came out wonderful very natural looking. Best spray tan ever!
