Visited during the christmas period and staff where good and helpful even though they were very busy, they still tried their best to make time to help everyone and ask if you were ok or needed any help with anything, stock levels were good and had some great offers on at the time.
As standard as these stores can be, but this one is located in a convenient spot and has the staff around to ensure a quick experience.
Bright, clean and well lit store with good range of products. Friendly staff and good value for money. Will definitely be back

Called into Super Drug merry hill this afternoon, looking for some travel rehydration salts. Couldn't see any, and more surprisingly, apart from the checkout staff, there was nobody members of staff, standing around the cosmetics section, but they were so engrossed in conversation, they weren't paying attention to what was going on around them; customers included.
Its great low prices and quick and easy to find things. Elf needs to do the skincare range in store please!
