I walked in for a same day appointment. They inspected my hair and quoted me £23 for the blow dry. As they were getting ready, there was a lot of sweet talk from the manager, as I entertained my toddler, they offered to help entertain her. I thought was nice. At the end or the blow dry, they said the price was now £30 because it took 'longer than they'd thought ' and that id asked for it straightened? Well they didn't say it'd be more money for this and it was wrong of them to add an extra charge on like this without telling me. My child sat in her chair eating McDonald's apart from a few basic interruptions, so I'm not sure what extra time they were charging for. I paid to get out of there because I was tired and needed to get my child home. I won't visit again.
