Awful customer service, the staff look at you like you have crawled from beneath their toe nails. Completely rude and up themselves, I wouldn't mind but I probably earn 6x their salary!! So as they were so rude and wouldn't even spare 2 mins to discuss a booking I went else where and I would recommend others do too. Plus sent an email of complaint to head office and heard nothing. Terrible company, well they are not getting money!!
