My first time at Vanilla Tramp having been recommended by a friend. The Salon is super clean and smells lovely! I had a haircut and style with Rosie.. she was brilliant, super attentive and gave me lots of tips for products and styling at home. Love my hair! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Rosie yesterday. I brought a photo for a guide for the haircut and she explained how it might look different on my hair colour and type which was really useful. She checked in with me a few times about the length to make sure I was happy and gave me good advice about how to replicate the finished style with a tong. The salon was busy which meant there was a 15 min wait. This is to be expected at this time of year but it would be great if in future I could get a text or something to let me know to come by a little later. This was my first time at Vanilla Tramp and I'll definitely be back!Services:&nbsp;Blowouts

I had an amazing experience getting my first ever balayage done. Lily gave me great advice on both the colour and my hair cut, and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you!

I got a wonderful haircut by Rosie!! She really listened to what I wanted, talked me through every step of her process, and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. This was one of the rare haircuts I have gotten that I was genuinely pleased with at the end. I have also been having a difficult time lately and wasn't very talkative and she totally respected that which was really empathetic of her.

Avoid! Went to have my hair coloured after seeing a lovely picture on their Instagram I already had washed out copper which just needed toning back up. Instead I left with dark brown hair and in tears. I noticed it developing really dark really quick and mentioned it to my stylist who said it was normal. As soon as i got back from the backwash i knew it wasnt right and I could tell by the stylists face she knew too. I asked what they could do about it and she just continued blasting it dry while saying I would have to wait for it to fade or wash out despite the years it took to lift it as light as I had. I was so upset and after my stylist consulted with the manager they agreed it fair to JUST charge me the £25 for a blow-dry. I didnt mind paying for my hair I just really wanted what I had asked for  and  my hair sorting but told that she couldnt and had another appointment after me. I messaged the next day practically begging if there was anything they could do and was told by lily no nothing without bleaching my hair which would damage it and if i wanted to go ahead with this plan it could end up being very pricey for me despite the fact I would have been happier to just have the hair I furst walked in with back. Not even an apology for ruining my hair. I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. They do not pride themselves in customer service and the atmosphere within the salon is not friendly. I was told there was a miscommunication and felt I was blamed for this mistake even though I showed them and exact picture of what I wanted and was told it would not be a problem.Services:&nbsp;Blowouts

Really lovely experience. It was my first time here and the staff were so lovely- they gave me so much advice and really listened to exactly what I wanted. The interior is also stunning  can’t wait to visit again!
