Great Gym, enthusiastic and helpful Staff. The classes are fun and varied and for all age groups. They organise lots events for their members. The best gym in the area by far!!

This is such a great gym - so friendly. There aren't mirrors everywhere which I really like. It's 'old skool' using weights and flipping tyres. You get to have a really big and varied and workout. They do some awesome classes too :)
