Due to surgery I am a member here on my recovery and can really say the staff and place are really good! Setup with everything you might need. Staff are very well trained and always supportive.

I absolutely love Reach for Health and l am so pleased my GP referred me. The staff are amazing, so kind, helpful and very friendly and the whole set-up is fantastic. They have really helped my spinal problem and l can honestly say this is the best thing l have ever done! A huge thank you to all the staff especially Dan the physiotherapist, you have no idea how much you have helped with not only my pain but my overall well-being. Having been told by my spinal surgeon l would have to live with this pain, Dan you Iistened to me, understood my concerns and reassured me you that would do all you could to help. You have made a huge difference already! Thank you!

A friendly gym with nice people. Mainly for the disabled although all are welcome. You may have to wait for a machine at busy periods but hey there's always something else to do. The staff are all ok. And very helpful. From captain quick.

I have as a 71 year old found this place very helpful the staff are friendly and supportive l would recommend it to anyone who would like to keep on top of their health. After just a few sessions you will notice the difference It gets 5 stars from me.
