Can't recommend this gym enough, I'm not massively confident and walking into a gym after not being in one for yrs can be daunting but not here! The child friendly room to keep little to as entertained while you work out is a godsend-the gym has a welcoming feel and advice is always happily given.. The whole family have now switched to imperial bodies gym Highly recommended 👍

Imperial Bodies has all the facilities you could possibly need to become the best you can be! Friendly and highly experienced staff, that go above and beyond to help you perfect your technique and motivate you in what you do. Awesome classes - always being mixed up so you get a variety. This is a gym where you go to get a good, solid workout - cannot fault it💪🏻

Excellent gym facility in Daventry, Coach Deena has been brilliant, she is very knowledgeable and extremely motivating. Membership options are very competitive as well. If you are unsure then don't hesitate to go and have a look at the equipment and what there is on offer, as the guys there are very welcoming and helpful whilst not putting pressure on you. Do yourself a solid and go give it a trial!

Fantastic gym, really knowledgable and helpful staff, I was very unsure of how to use weights and had been a long time since I did any serious excercise, but Deena instilled in me a lot of confidence, made the workouts really good fun and helped so much to adapt the excercises to my specific medical conditions (which she made sure she investigated!). Never thought I'd enjoy going to a gym so much!

Great gym with excellent facilities, knowledgeable coaches and a friendly atmosphere! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
