Brilliant fun, friendly atmosphere and versatile. I joined to tone and support my medical condition. The ladies have been so supportive tweaking my plan when needed. My 9 year-old comes with me once a week and she loves it to as it compliments her football training. No mirrors, no gimmicks just a bunch of ladies with one thing in common and some cracking tunes to help. I've even got a plan I can do at home the days I cannot go but got addicted and aim for 5 from 7. Everyone can spare 30 minutes if they want to and the offerings from Sabina, Sharon, Lisa and Katie just keep coming. Glad I've joined and well done Daventry Gymaphobics team!!

I have been using the gym since January and the staff are very friendly and supportive the girls always greet you by your name and with a smile, I would just like to say thank you Daventry and well done.

I am not very happy with todays service at Gymophobic. I came to Daventry Gymophobic in with the hope to come and join, however I wont be doing that anymore! I came to a surprise when one of your employees brought in their child to work. This employee only seemed to deal with her child and didn't care much about her clients. To me this isn't normal to bring a child to a working place and not focus on the clients, is it?
