Love the setting and the weird building... half of the charm. If they don't have what you are looking for then you will likely find something you forgot you needed whilst touring the maze of departments. So you wont go home empty handed. Good prices.. not many things were cheaper elsewhere. Choose which staff you ask for assistance, most are happy, helpful and knowledgeable, whilst a small few are rather grumpy. Grab a pastie at one of the outlets by the entrance before you go in otherwise the taste buds will be tingling during your shopping and you'll forget something. Plan your list to match the layout otherwise you will spend more time walking than choosing. Online check on stock is useful to save a wasted trip.

Have been using Trago at Liskeard a lot over the last couple of months as we have been decorating and furnishing a flat ready to move into..... I have found all the staff that l have had dealings with to be helpful and knowledgeable about the products when asked. Often sent out for things that my husband would normally collect,so a lot of times l wasn't sure about what l really wanted,but only had to ask and they usually found the items for me! Even the ladies on customer services always greet you as you walk in. Always enjoy going to a Trago now. 10 out of 10 .....

Shocking customer service. If you order anything that is slightly bulky and use the furniture collection point...be prepared to wait. Today we ordered a single mattress for our son. Ordered and paid for at 1200hrs. First one that arrived for collection at 1228 was the wrong order, in wrong name. Our one was luckily found, but had a big rip in the side of it. Told the staff of the fault who did not care less, and was told that we would need to wait another 30 in for a replacement! Eventually left Trago at 1.15pm with the goods. Complained to duty manager who didn't care less.

Quirky certainly, an out of town shopping centre with lovely walks and BBQ spots. The shop has almost everything you could want and often at amazingly good prices. If you spot something at a good price, buy it, as most likely it won't be there next week! There's a lovely walk up through the trees along the river, good for a spot of bird spotting.

Thieves. Refund policy is criminal. Refuse to refund actual money, instead you get a voucher.. which expires after three months! And with no other similar shops locally they have you over a barrel. And someone please give the staff some happy pills.
