Fed up with never having the horse food or wood shavings in stock. And the staff don’t seem interested or know when the deliveries are expected. Would shop else where if nearer.

Rubbish. Staff can't remember your account. Even the manager can't even though you have been using them for years. And spend about £14000 per year. And the delivery system is rubbish because they use a independent agent who don't care. The MD needs to do a secret shopper to see how poor the service is. And should change the name by removing the farmers part and call it mole valley garden centre.
