Rang up and told that the boss never really comes into the chip shop. Awful manners and the food made all my family ill. Heard from many that this chip shop is bad but thought I'd try it. AVOID!!!

Very disappointing hygiene. We found a hair in the fish batter! Telephoned the shop to make them aware and was offered a refund on the piece of fish but turned it down as it was hardly worth turning out again for the refund on one piece of fish. Most of our meal went in the bin as no one wanted to eat it after this unfortunate find.

Worst food l've ever purchased Called in to purchase steak and kidney pie and chips as it had been a hard day and was feeling hungry the pie was cold and 40% of the chips were either green or had eyes looking at me As for the rest well a soggy clump of fat it resembled I live two minutes from the premises IT ALL WENT IN THE BIN I WILL NEVER GO IN AGAIN AND DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND AS I HAVE HAD SIMiLAR PROBLEMS BEFORE

Went in at 4pm bought food and drove home which took 5 minutes. Food Luke warm and chips tasted disgusting probably left over from lunchtime. Rang to complain and it was obvious the woman I spoke to who I believe is one of the owners couldn’t care less.
