We always joke that if you’re lucky enough to get a Tradex policy you’ll keep it. They’re a pain to deal with since they’re so nosy but get on cover and you’ll keep that risk with them. Thorough people and good old fashioned underwriting unlike other insurers IMHO

Stitch up company.. went through sky insurance to get a tradex policy.. tradex wouldn't talk to me about policy and after cancelling and had cancellation schedule with no monies owing decided I still owed £400 a year later.. emails to prove but still took me to court and got ccj over it!!! Very unimpressed with a certain Dave finch.. appalling service from a company of their size

Beware of this so called insurance company more like a broker. Clegg Gifford was no help to me infact the receptionist had an attitude and a so called senior who deals with new motor trade quotation was not helpful at all, been passed around like a ball to different departments, so as the public liability department, the women i spoke to was rude and aggressive. Awful service NEVER USE THEM you might end up purchasing wrong insurance because of these misleading cowboys

Avoid this insurance company, they would take your money but would never pay when it comes to claims, the third party accepted the liability and paid but they with held the money and still would not pay after a year. Will never ever use them again.
