Simple Claims dealt with my claim both quickly and professionally. Sonia in particular really went out of her way to offer excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful with explaining the whole process to me, and consistently kept me updated - definitely an asset to her team! All in all, highly recommend!

I took my case to Simple Claims and everything was dealt with really quickly, I didn’t have to do much, it was all handled internally. Excellent customer service by Sonia. She is very knowledgable in this field, and provided a very speedy service. I never had to chase up anything even once because she kept me up to date. I HIGHLY recommend to go to simple claims if you have any cases of car accidents or etc!

I would highly recommend simple claims to everyone who is pursuing claim. I was kept up-to-date at all times . I really don't have words to say thank you  very much for their expertise and professionalism which made it possible to get the compensation more then I was expecting to receive .                                  A special thank to miss Sonia who dealt it very professionally to get it done quickly.  Finally thank you very much to all staff members of simple claims .

Have put several claims through this conpany over the years. 
They are very good at what they do and will get the impression that they are here for the long run and not some mickey mouse claims company trying to take what they can. 
The fees are upfront so i know what i will get at the end. 
But the main reason why i will recommend this company is the lawyers. 
I have had excellent service from the lawyers they use and have helped me but deducting certain fees it the claim went bad. 
At the end i won but still appreciate what they were willing to do in order to help because it was very 50/50 and lawyers dont like taking risks.
