Please do not use this company because if you ever need them they will let you down! After a bad experience I read reviews which was to late for us!! 
Not professional at all as they cancelled our policy by a text!! Said no insurance as of now! Everyone was at work It was 3pm on a Monday! Reason was a conviction that was over and done with! 
I have spoken to many companies since this that have confirmed they do this a lot normally the min a Claim goes in! They google your life and cancel your policy by a text! I have just read the reviews and everyone is saying the same things! There are many professional brokers, please if your a trader remember you have more vehicles at risk than anyone else! Don’t waste your money so your research we never did and now look!

Do not use under any circumstances your better of taking the risk of no insurance over paying these absolute melts for a policy that’s about as much use as an ashtray on a motorcycle!!

I would advise everyone here to avoid using them at all costs. They're a family based organisation whom are very biased with their clientele. They're big on cancelling policies for whatever reason and NEVER provide a full refund. 

If you ever feel you've been treated unfairly by them just go straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service, they'll look into your complaint free off charge but Tradewise will be charged £550 per case.

 I've personally used the Ombudsman Service in regards to my claim with them, after Tradewise rejected it. I got a FULL refund plus compensation!! 

No point raising your complaint with Tradewise,  from my dealings with them, they're not great with customer service and I find them a bit racist. Just go straight to the Financial Ombudsman, I also reported their behaviour to the Financial Conduct Authority too, in regards to their cancellation policy. They're investigating it too.

This company is not worth it. Cancelled my insurance with one letter. No warning nothing. Gave them everything they wanted and then they started questioning my business on really stupid points which was totally off topic. They have left me in a red flag zone. Been trying to get insurance for the past few days. It is literally impossible. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Went on holiday came back to cancelled policy as missed one payment. Absolutely terrible and inline with all the other reviews
