I give Halifax 5 because there the best and they help you out so much if anyone is on any other branches they are not better then Halifax

Not great loads of staff not that busy but No one jumping on to serve people.. poor very not even a simple sorry for the long wait when you finally get served staff have no customer service what so ever.

BEWARE
Do not waste your time here if you are willing to open an account, I took my NIN number with my address on, my contract from my employer and also the one with my home. They sent me a letter denaying my petition. Do yourself a favor, and just go to any other bank, nwest did it immediatly with what I had. 

Terrible service

the short lady, thick glasses, badly dyed dark hair, mid 50's- on customer services, very rude and has a serious attidude problem. She must have a very sad and pathetic life or hates her job.  She has a face like a slapped arse- I really do hope,  her life gets better or go for psychotherapy. I am a health proffesional and can recognise people with mental health issues- please seek help!

Very bad experiance they don't even deserve to one star but anyway i gave a chance.... coustomer service is awful, the machines are not works every time and very slow service. They don't care about coustomers time... I have never had that bad experiance as I worked in a bank.
