TPS - The Property Shop NI is a fantastic real estate company with a highly professional and knowledgeable team.

Wouldn't recommend, communication seems to be a problem. Was highest bidder on a property which was then pulled off the market, was waiting for an update regarding my bid and was never told the owner had decided to pull it. If you're dealing with this company make sure to call for updates regularly as they won't call you.

TPS have sold two properties for me in the past eight months. On both occasions John came out for the valuation and had a postivity and confidence that shone through. Katie in the office is friendly, knowledgeable and is on the ball when it comes to getting things done. I would highly recommend TPS for any sales or purchases. From other reviews they say nobody was in the office to take a call, if you leave a message TPS get back to you as soon as practically possible.

Absolutely unhelpful estate agents. I've emailed them left messages. I've rang them no answer again left a voicemail still no reply. I honestly don't know how they sell the house on there books. Its the people who's chosen them to sell their houses. Disgraceful....

Arranged a viewing of a property. Was running late so phoned to say I wouldn't be there on time. When I arrived the agent had disappeared. Great way to do business guys. Will be boycotting this place in future.
