Just received a 10/10 service from the Antrim team of Country Estates, buying and selling a house. From the very beginning of the process of getting 'ready for market' with Laudon, to the completion day has been the smoothest operation I have ever experienced when buying and selling a house... Previous experiences with other estate agents have been a lengthy nightmare but the whole team - in particular Lisa, Susanne and Emma have been absolute gems. Their customer service is exceptional and they really went above and beyond to give a professional yet personal service. I can't recommend them enough, they are truly a dream to deal with.
County Estates have been absolutely fabulous selling out house from the initial appointment through to completion with a an extremely friendly and professional service. Excellent advice prior to putting the house on the market, arranging viewings and giving feedback from viewers. Constant communication. Great advice from start to finish! No stress involved at all.
I have now used Country Estates twice to sell properties. Louden and his entire team have absolutely smashed it out of the park on both occasions. The level of customer service and communication is honestly the best I have ever received. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody and should I require their services in future I would honestly not go past them.
My fiancée and I have just completed the purchase of our first home through Country Estates and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We dealt with a lot of estate agents when searching for a house and Country Estates really did stand head and shoulders above the rest. Their customer service was outstanding and we are so pleased to have bought our first home with them!
