I have to say the ladies at East Antrim Property Sales go all out for their clients, they are very helpful and have never let me down when it comes to renting a property. For such a small team they are very efficient and complete within a few days of viewing.

Must be one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with East Antrim property. As a tenant of one of their properties I would recommend that you stay well away from this company. There are plenty of good other estate agents in Antrim which i will be moving to when my lease is up. I love the house i am renting at the moment but this company has constantly made life difficult for me. They are very rude when dealing with you and tend to blame you for any problems you have like the gas packing up. Also they are very fond of hanging the phone up on you. STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!!!! Lawrence- Antrim.

Tried to rent a house through this company and somehow, me asking for details of the agreement before I gave the deposit made me out to be 'difficult' I am totally bemused by the conversation I have just had with them, that actually finished in them hanging up! I want to see the deal before parting with any of my money. I didnt want to sign the contract, just see the details. Surely there are better and easier rental companies to work and deal with in the borough!
