Ordered my car parts and agreed to pick up the materials by close of Business. After travelling 30 miles from Maidstone to Dartford @ 1700, I was informed that they couldn’t give the parts because there was no one at TPS to issue an invoice. TPS opens until 1800 and this is extremely unprofessional of an institution like TPS. I will recommend management get on top of this issue.
Very bad Service, I called them to find out it they had a part for sale, told me yes so drove down 30 minutes to then find out that they are not selling to the public as a man shouted to me that go away from here and said sorry. Why wasn’t this said to me on the phone, we are all facing difficulties and it’s not helping with people not being clear Would never come here again, what a waste of time
Rude and unpleasant at desk. Wouldn’t recommend bothering to visit.
1 star is too generous, wish there were an option to give none at all. TPS Dartford, your staff need to learn how to interact with people. They were rude the moment I arrived on the site, so I took my business elsewhere. Didn’t bother with what I was there for. Not a significant loss to you, I’m sure, but a loss nonetheless.
Always Provide a Brilliant Service, Very Good Professional Staff and Good Prices. You can buy anything that you need for your VW, Skoda, Audi or Seat.
Very bored staff over the phone, after a few enquires I’ve asked him: look so you want to help me? NO he replied! I go back to eurocarpars, at least I’m feeling valued customer!
Great staff who are always very helpful. Will get you most parts as fast or faster than dealers while being consistently cheaper.
