I was under a tight deadline, due to my MOT expiring; I contacted several Mazda garages to no avail until I explained the situation to Glen, he managed to squeeze me in, even though I am not a regular customer. The service, customer care and communications that I received was first rate, everything that you could want from a garage. I would strongly recommend this garage to anyone, looking for a Mazda dealer to source a new or used Mazda or undertake work/ service their cars, you will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I recently bought our Mazda3 from Bourne Rd Garage and could not fault the service in any way. Mike looked after us from the minute we walked in; he was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel completely at ease. The service offered by this garage when your car is being prepared for collection is second to none; a bumper was touched up, new tyres and brake discs added too - a 3 year old car looked and felt brand new! We know the car has been properly maintained and feel assured by Mazda's expertise. We visited a number of other garages in the search for a new car, including some Mazda dealerships nearby who quite frankly paled in comparison to Bourne Rd Garage. Overall a fantastic service and one we will rave about to friends!

For a main dealer I have found Crayford Mazda to be very good value, efficient and offer excellent customer service. I have been getting my Mazda serviced and MoT'ed here for the last 5 years. Also if you book ahead you can get usually get a courtesy car free of charge.

IF YOU NEED SERVICE OR REPAIR DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE IDIOTS! I went there with my Mazda 3 2014 because parking sensors stopped work. For the first day (whole day) they diagnosed that parking sensors are broken down but they cannot replace them because they don't know are they under warranty (so if they don't know who should know, Renault service, Audi service or maybe Americans 😂 ). After a couple days they called me back for replacement sensors. Of course booking must be made for two weeks in advance. After two weeks I came to that service and I left my car for them for whole day. At the end of the day they didn’t fix it. They said parking sensors don't work because I changed menu language 😂 (I had changed menu language since I bought this car, over 6 months, and parking sensors don't work about 2 months). They again book another service after 3 weeks for change menu language... I asked them as well about annual service of my car, what should be done but no one could answer my question. All of them were looking for how the engine is build, how the camshaft is driven, they didn't know the engine has cambelt or chain... This service is just ridiculous. It's absolutely pointless to go there, waste time, money for fuel and so on...

Sent an email asking for the price of a new seat for my Mazda 3. Steve came back on 21/10 with over £2000 for component parts... Couple of days later had an email from the service director asking if I wanted the entire seat or just the frame or cushion (sensible question). Replied just cushion. No reply. Asked again for price a couple of days later. No reply. Have had excellent service from the parts department in the past, with someone who was passing nearby actually dropping off the part I needed to my door but clearly that level of service no longer exists. Disappointing.
